I just had my T-Mobile account closed, and my Nokia 3390 phone is now a paper weight :-)  Is there a way to clear out the SIM card of all possible phone numbers and addresses? If I give it away,  I would not want any info available to others to see.

My new 7610 (three days) is going slow with its internal clock. This happens
