How can I create and install my own ringer on my phone?

Best Flip Phone made by Sprint13 Nov 2003 18:31 GMT15

I must have a Bluetooth phone, and Sprint
doesn't have one. My contract is long over, and
my phone (Samsung i330 PalmPhone) is a brand new
