Does anyone have the 800 number to call to get a refund on a download?

I upgraded to a Handspring Treo 600 from a 300.  I'd like to get email
working.  I've never had a problem retrieving mail from any POP account.  I
think Sprint PCS has port 25 blocked as I can't send SMTP mail.  I'm using
Eudora by the way.

CSR's aren't empowered or motivated to pass this information on to top execs
how would someone attempt such a thing?  Sprint is pressuring Samsung to

On any plan with more that 500 any time minutes you can add a *NEW*
add-a-phone for free for the first 3 monthes with a 2 year aggreement.

I have the Samsung N400 phone w/ Sprint service. I want to upgrade to the
Samsung I500 Palm PDA Phone. Will the software and data cable I have for the
