| Cell Phone Repair FAQ | 10 Nov 2003 08:19 GMT | 26 |
I see many questions asked repeatedly about problems with phones, and thought a "Repair FAQ" was in order. This FAQ has not been fine tuned as much as the Retention FAQ, and may have minor omissions or errors. What do I do if my phone goes bad/dies/stops working?

| Sprint apologists | 09 Nov 2003 19:27 GMT | 1 |
To keep an anal-retentive Sprint apologist happy, I have a further iteration of the FAQs. Scott has pointed out zero errors in them, so I assume he just doesn't want SprintPCS customers to be knowledgeable.

| What wireless e-mail are you using? | 09 Nov 2003 00:58 GMT | 2 |
I tried to use imap.sprintpcs.com and it will not let me send any e-mail. Even if I "set it to require authentication. I would be extremely happy with the wireless internet if I had a way to use Outlook Express with it.

| SprintPCS retention Faq | 08 Nov 2003 20:42 GMT | 2 |
