Bought a used phone which, although reset, still contains the prior owner's
username/password.  When I login, it appears to work - but will not allow me
to plug in my own info (I have a username & password of my own from my last
phone).

 Anyone got ANYTHING good to say about a csr at PCS ?
I've had good luck w Jim MCCUL01 , we have him e-mailed when we have a
problem and he always finds some way to resolve the issue.

I heard some people were getting e-mails from Sprint offering to extend
their contracts in exchange for some goodies.  I think I have my e-mail on
file with them and I've never received anything.  Is there a way I can
specifically sign up for that?

Just got off phone with a terrible SprintPCS CSR Laura, ID: LHICKS06.
I called SprintPCS about my relocation more than 1 year ago.  SprintPCS
changed my billing address, so that I got billed smoothly every month.

THis used to be able to be done online with a good ESN but it alludes my
now.  Help with this URL would be appreciated.

Does anyone know how to make an entry in the phonebook with multiple
numbers .. assign one or the other numbers as a default/promary ?
For instance,my freind 'joe' has a cell phone and a house phone,like most
normal people - And I have both under his entry.
