Shared Plans -- Sprint Website Accurate Yet?25 Dec 2003 19:00 GMT11
A couple of years ago we had a shared plan.  Sprint's
website could not accurately tell us how many minutes
we were using.  That was a big problem towards the end
of the contract month when we wanted to know if we were
updating your phone software...25 Dec 2003 16:44 GMT3
if i buy a new phone, can they update the software at that time, or is it
necessary to actually have the phone on (which would mean charging it first
and all that)? or would a newly purchased phone be updated to the newest
software already (in the box), even if it is an older phone?
5300 vs. 8100, but not the same old question25 Dec 2003 09:58 GMT17
ok, i've been searching google for posts about these two phones (i didn't
realize there was such a debate over it! :) and it seems like almost all of
the ones i've read so far are centered on the camera of each phone....the
camera is something i'll probably use very little, if at ...
What's the fuss about BlueTooth?25 Dec 2003 08:35 GMT9
What is so great about it that causes some people to stay away from Sprint
for not offering it? Why do you need to have a wireless headset? Aren't you
close enough to your phone when on the headset that it doesn't really matter
if there is a little cord sticking out?
Sprint put me on a new contract without my permission!24 Dec 2003 22:21 GMT15
My current contract does not expire until 1/26/04.
I just got the following E_Mail from Sprint:
"Thank you for continuing to choose the clarity of Sprint®. This
letter confirms recent service changes you have requested, and
ESN Changes @ no charge now Is that correct??24 Dec 2003 19:11 GMT3
Some one posted last week that possbily esn change charges were going
away, yet once more time---If that is true, will those of us have to
relieve our "pent up" "esn change frustrations" from over the past few
months when they seem to have been charging for such changes.(You know
Voicemail with longer rings?24 Dec 2003 19:06 GMT2
Normally, voicemail kicks in after 6 rings. Is there a way to increase the
number of rings?
way to fix indoor reception?24 Dec 2003 17:05 GMT12

Sprint in Queens NY, any good?24 Dec 2003 16:17 GMT4
I have been a t-mobile customer for the past 4 years because I could travel to
Asia and use a local sim card in the phone.
Now that I can keep my number I want to drop t-mobile here in the USA.
How is the quality of service Sprint in NYC and more specifically in south
Retention deals now legal24 Dec 2003 15:28 GMT1
There hasn't been much mention of good retention offers lately, perhaps
because there was a case pending that claimed that offering "special" deals
to some customers was discriminatory.
A federal appeals court has issued its verdict, and "special" negotiated
7 pm N&W AFTER  Jan 4th?24 Dec 2003 14:43 GMT7
Sptint c/s folks--what do you think the availability of 7PM N&W will
be after the indiated end date on the brochures?.
What do you think of the T608 display?24 Dec 2003 14:18 GMT2
I have the 608 and 610 side by side. The 608 has a much smaller screen,
which is no dealbreaker, but the visibility is poor. It seems washed out,
without enough contrast even with adjustments and various themes selected. I
*know* SE knows how to make a fine screen - the 610 is super ...

when you download games or other apps. to your phone, are they still
dependent on having an internet connection, or can you download what you
need and then use them offline, even if you've canceled your web service?
Someone NOT complaining!!!24 Dec 2003 12:03 GMT2
