Best DC service?09 Jan 2004 06:21 GMT4
I live in DC, and travel to NYC and Long Island often. My contract
w/Sprint ended and I have been going month by month because I have a
pretty good National Sprint plan (500 anytime minutes for $35, but pay
for roaming - I forget the N/WE but I never go over on those).

Hi, long time lurker, first time poster.
I am looking at buying a VM4500 and want to get the calendar entries
synchronized with Lotus Notes 6.5 calendar. I have looked at PCS
Business Connection (Personal Edition), but it doesn't look like it

either to set my mind at ease or let me know something is wrong with my
phone....go to a very quiet room and make a call (even just to *2)....when
the other person is not speaking, listen carefully and see if you hear any

Hello Sprint Technicians...08 Jan 2004 22:28 GMT4
I'm tired of calling "customer service" on these issues... hopefully O Siris
or someone from Sprint will notice:
Chicago Area / Northern Suburbs.   We have an issue of placing calls and
getting silence.   Our called parties frequently hear us, but we can't hear

SPRINT PCS SUXS AZZ, THEIR PCS SERVICE SUXS, AND THEIR PEOPLE SUX08 Jan 2004 21:34 GMT43
Bastards only lie and steal.  This is a evil company that will screw

FYI: Sprint "Skims the Cream" from Its Customers' Bread08 Jan 2004 18:42 GMT16
"Skimming the Cream" is a "lovely" McKinsey-esque corporate dictum where
companies in essence pay more attention to customers who are less likely to
complain when they are being nickled and dimed to death by the company-
i.e., a Sprint user who's employer pays for the bill  as ...
DON'T SIGN ANY SPRINT CONTRACT08 Jan 2004 17:35 GMT20
They got on the 14 day deal.  Remember thats only to get your money
back on a 30 dollar phone.  Sprint/scum will send you a bill at least
$100 if you decide to cancel because of their crappy service within
that 14 day period.  The people at Sprint will add extra bogus charges
