Cotnfused about Nokia 3588i, SprintPCS, and modem05 Jan 2004 21:39 GMT10
We're getting a Nokia 3588i.  According the Nokia website, there's software
to use the phone as a wireless modem.
If I get a cable (DKU-5) and download the Nokia software, will I be able to
connect to my own normal ISP and use this setup as a dialup modem?

Help! Port problem, 43 days and counting05 Jan 2004 20:08 GMT4
Ok, don't want to go into the long lurid tale of my
attempt to port from Nextel to Sprint PCS yet again.
I've posted a complaint to the FCC, I've called
any phone number I can get for technical support.

manual from Sprint.  Anyone have an idea where I might be able to download
it from since I can't do it from Sprint?  I mean, are there alternative

SPRINT SUCKS, THEY'RE THIEF'S04 Jan 2004 17:24 GMT5

They suck, and i hate them.
Spint Nokia 3588i04 Jan 2004 14:10 GMT6
Any opinions on the Nokia 3588i phone? No web access, but for those
like me that neither want nor need web access in a cell phone, it
seems to work quite well.
Where's the content?04 Jan 2004 12:03 GMT6
I've been playing with my new Vision phone, and there seems to be a
discrepancy between what Sprint's website promises and what actually
exists.  For example, both the New York Times and Washington Post are
listed on Sprint's website
