I have a brand new vision phone -VGA1000 and about 75% of the time I get an
application error when trying to view the calendar in the mail application.
Will this problem gradually go away after a few days? I have had the phone 3
days now.

I just got the phone a day ago and have been able to receive SMS
messages but I can't reply to them nor can I send them just on my own.
I put the full phone number including area code in the "To" box and
then type my message click on OK to send and then it says "connecting"

I've noticed a few people on the group claiming to be with Sprint PCS. A
 few of the posts from people claiming to be from Sprint PCS have
suggested the reader to send them a mail so the poster can "help them
out." While I'm sure the people are friendly and helpful, I can think ...

Is there a way to Activate a Sprint PCS from the sprintpcs.com
website. I know of activate.sprintpcs.com but that only works for
existing Sprint user (like for adding a new phone to the same number).
What about a 'new user' to sprint?

My husband works for Best Buy.  The only reason we went with Sprint is
because of the "great 3rd party plans" they have.  We got the phone at Best
Buy.  It has been 3 months and Sprint is still jerking us around.  We're

peroid of time, possibly just in the area served by one tower(there is
only 1 tower here), while another 2 buddies sprint phones appear to
operate normally in the same time frame--and then maybe after a couple

All minutes used New Years Day count against your Peak minutes, except
any night minutes your plan may have. SprintPCS has no Holiday minutes.
Now watch all the lame SprintPCS apologists ( Smith, Arends, Vargas)
attack the messenger, but ignore the fact:

I got the USB cable, installed the drivers and don't know how to get in to my phone. I have read somewhere that I can get in, change ringers, synchronize with outlook and go through my phone book. HOW?????

is there a way to receive (for free) text messages on my phone from other
people who use other services (cingular, etc.) without me having the
internet?

I got my first full bill after going on Fand C A and had roaming charges.
The CS rep didn't have a clue and tried to tell me that the 17 roaming
minutes was over half of 700 minutes used.  I wonder where he went to
school?  He didn't know what happened or how to fix it.
