I've learned "the hard way" that authentication into AOL Instant Messenger from a Vision handset is at least partially tied into the Vision username. On Tuesday I had occasion to change my Vision username due to some problems with Vision and also some spamming on my @sprintpcs ...

| Cool new feature of SprintPCS site | 18 Jan 2004 06:16 GMT | 5 |
They must have been doing some upgrades... that's why the site was down, probably - tonight Sarah brought up our bill on the web and the phone numbers on the outgoing call details were clickable. Click on a number and the web site will attempt to do a reverse number lookup on the ...

| Best retention plans for this time of year? | 17 Jan 2004 14:13 GMT | 28 |
It's going to be time for me very soon, That's right, time to call retention. I was just wondering what people have been offered lately from Retention? And what I should reasonably expect to be able to negotiate for when calling them.

I'm reaching the end of my contract in two weeks. I'm on a retention plan that gives me 750 a/t, some ungodly amount of n/w, and I pay $10 extra for the Vision unlimited, coming to a total of $59 (after taxes) per month.

| Question Regarding Data-- Is there any included method? | 16 Jan 2004 16:51 GMT | 10 |
I believe there used to be a circuit switched 14.4K data option for Sprint users that just used minutes, something like dial #777, web, web. Is there any data options available from the phone & tethered laptop that do not cost any money monthly? I don't mind dialing my own ISP.
