Handspring Treo 300 comments?14 Mar 2004 23:11 GMT4
Any handspring treo users here?  I want your comment regarding usability,
ease of use, bulkiness, etc. of your phone.  Did you regret purchasing your
phone?  Do you love your phone, being a all-in-one PDA/Phone device?
Thanks in advance.
I like Sprint, but I want a cool phone14 Mar 2004 20:58 GMT20
I posted earlier about the Windows SmartPhone platform, and someone
responded that Sprint would have one later this year.
Realizing that a pdaphone/smartphone is gonna set me back some real
cash, I thought I'd start saving now and get one in the Spring.
Have i500, Need Software & Cradle14 Mar 2004 13:42 GMT4
A few weeks ago, my trusty Kyocera 6035 bit the dust. The SprintPCS
insurance carrier sent me a Samsung i500, but didn't send the software or
cradle, since those are "accessories". Accessories? How am I supposed to use
the thing? They also sent me a charger that didn't fit. Dubious ...
Sanyo USB Modem driver14 Mar 2004 06:44 GMT2
After looking around for a while on the web, I found a great webpage
that has USB modem drivers for the Sanyo SCP-4900, SCP-8100, and I
also believe it has a driver for the SCP-5300. There's also a ton of
hard to find Adobe acrobat tech files there. If you don't mind all the
Cell # , moving to another area and being a local #13 Mar 2004 20:38 GMT9
When we first signed up for a cell with Sprint, the # is local to my home
i.e. if family members call from my home to my cell it will be considered as
a local # even if I am travelling thousands of miles away in another state.
Question :  With the # portability, and you move to ...

How do I email a picture without going through the SprintPCS web site
(pictues.sprintpcs.com)?  Now when I create a "picture mail" it does
not send the picture as an attachment.  The "picture mail" send the

Sanyo 8100 to PC Connection13 Mar 2004 03:41 GMT4
I would like to connect my Sanyo 8100 to my PC so I can access the
Internet and also use my companies VPN to access my Lotus Notes
email. What do I need in order to do this? Just a cable to connect
the phone to the PC? USB connection would be OK. Do I need any
Questions about e-mail13 Mar 2004 02:59 GMT6
1) Can you use outlook express (or whatever)on your PC, hook up a cable with
snap media and use e-mail?  Yes.  But can you set up outlook express to use
the xxxxx@sprintpcs.com account?  Would it be mail.sprintpcs.com or
something like that?  Obviously you can't ask sprint or they ...

What is the sprint warrantee period for a phone?12 Mar 2004 20:34 GMT4
Sometime just before October of 2003 I bought a phone with an ESP from
a local retailer, but the phone already doesn't work. I'm wondering if
I could replace it via a Sprint store instead of my local retailer, and
save my ESP for a later date with that retailer. Would the phone's

I was just wondering what everyones opinion on sprint pcs is.  I work for a

that I get, I wouldn't even use sprint if it were free!! haha
PCS vision12 Mar 2004 18:13 GMT5
I just bought a phone (Sanyo 8100) and I was automatically signed up
for PCS Vision, free for 2 months.  What I wanted to know was, can I
use that right away or do I have to wait til the beginning of the
billing cycle which is around end of March?  I've gotten 2 different
