How to get SprintPCS phone fixed09 Apr 2004 03:47 GMT2
This FAQ is in no way authored by Sprint Spectrum, Sprint or Sprint PCS
unless otherwise expressly noted. By reading on, you agree that you are
fully aware of this. I see many questions asked repeatedly about
repairs, and thought an "Unofficial Repair FAQ" was in order. I have no ...
a weird Sanyo 8100 question09 Apr 2004 02:13 GMT5
Last year we got a Sanyo 8100 from Costco. Now we are thinking of getting
another. The question is would the newer phone be exactly the same as last
years or would it be an improved version of the same phone.
TIA

Direct Questions for Phillipe08 Apr 2004 18:55 GMT2
Obviously, he will not answer any of these questions, but I wanted to
get it on record in google that he refused or danced around them so that
way we will always he something to discredit him with.
1. Why have you changed your ID 60+ times?
Advice Requested Regarding Provider Switching08 Apr 2004 17:32 GMT14
My PCS phone, a very outdated StarTac, is on its last legs.  I have
not been able to find any Sprint PCS phones for under $150 at any
Sprint store and am unwilling to spend that much on a new phone since
my needs are pretty basic (i.e., no camera or color screen necessary).

VM4050 password question08 Apr 2004 17:03 GMT1
Just purchased a Toshiba vm4050 phone with full "vision" features. So
far, an enjoyable phone. However, for the life of me, I cannot get the
4-8 character password that the phone requires to use "PictureMail" to
save. Everytime I save a password, it re-prompts me to save it again
Newbie question: using the Treo 600 for Web access08 Apr 2004 06:12 GMT3
couple of newbie questions - please bear with me:
1.  I was reading the user manual and was surprised to read that the
phone and web access were mutually exclusive, i.e. if i was browsing
then callers would go to voice mail.

ARGH! Repair frustrations07 Apr 2004 22:54 GMT10
My A500 is slowly dying, and Sprint is doing nothing for me. The other party
sometimes receives choppy sound from me (either due to malfunctioning
microphone or poor signal - I don't know which), my phone reboots itself
every 1 out of 3 times after I close the flip, battery life has ...

Just bought the VI600 (Audiovox CDM-8450)07 Apr 2004 16:57 GMT1
I'm a little scared from the two reviews I read on Phonescoop. The first
thing I have noticed is that the Speakerphone is a pain to get to. I am
swapping my phone over to it so that I can test it out Tuesday, I'll let you
know how it goes.
Phillipe FAQ Repost07 Apr 2004 16:01 GMT2
I figured that because Phillipe has posted his so-called FAQs many
times, that this FAQ needed to be reposted, due to "popular demand".
