300min/$30 Upgrade/retention?05 Apr 2004 03:05 GMT12
Probably asked and answered but a friend has a great 300/$30 plan
which is out of contract now--asked what might be a better plan--With
such a minimal plan, there is really not a lot more to ask for from
*retention* or whomever, right?
#777 seems to have stopped working for my A50005 Apr 2004 01:55 GMT3
Any ideas?  I used it last fall very successfully, and hadn't had
occasion to again until about a month ago when I noticed that my phone
behaves very differently now when I dial #777.  Back when it worked,
if I picked up my phone and dialed #777, the Vision browser
what's next with Sprint networks ?04 Apr 2004 23:38 GMT2
OK, I'll stop bitching about how slow Vision is. (Well, one last
whine...it's so slow that I now use it much less than I did the old
WirelessWeb.)  But, what is on Sprint's drawing boards to handle increased
bandwidth?  What about other carriers?
sanyo 8100 bleeding screen04 Apr 2004 20:20 GMT37
looks like my 8100 is fried.  the glass is ok, but the display is a mess of
blotched black and white.

2yr contract), but that phone broke and they sent me this replacement about

Sprint in Houston04 Apr 2004 12:28 GMT18
I had Sprint until 2 yrs ago and switched to Verizon because I was getting
so many dropped calls, especially inside the Loop  I am looking for a new
carrier and like Sprint's phones but don't wanna go back to the poor
coverage.  The feedback I've gotten so far is mixed so wanting to ...

Dial-Up Modem thru SprintPCS Samsung A46004 Apr 2004 00:16 GMT3
I think a topic similar to this has been discussed a number of times,
utilizing SprintPCS vision and the #7777 number.  But my question is
different.
I was wondering if it is possible to use the SprintPCS cell connection to
terrible delay when answering calls03 Apr 2004 19:43 GMT1
my boyfriend and I both have the 8100 and over the last couple months
we've been experiencing terrible lag when answering incoming calls-
usually answer and say hello and there's dead air and have to wait a
second or two and say hello again. The caller does get a delay also,
turbocharging Vision?03 Apr 2004 16:40 GMT5
I've had my new VM4500 phone with a Vision-premium plan for almost a week
now.  It's kinda cool to have the color screen and screensavers and all, but
the Web access is awfully slow.  My old phone - a Sanyo 6000 - on the old
(G2?) network, was about 2-3 times faster with web ...
Sanyo VM450003 Apr 2004 14:37 GMT2

sanyo 8100 vs. sanyo vm4500(5500)03 Apr 2004 14:36 GMT4
As far as a phone goes for retaining a signal and sounding good. Does the
Sanyo vm4500 (5500) hold any advantage over the older Sanyo 8100. Minus the
Ready Link and the video capabilities and the better camera. Does the newer
Vm4500 hold any technological advantage over the 8100 as ...
