Ok. Here's the situation. I used to have the Samsung a620. It was working

I have run into an issue trying to change to a new faceplate for my
SCP-5300 Sanyo phone.
The tri-wing screws that connect the faceplate are so small that I
can't find a bit or tool small enough to fit them.

If I'm about to activate a phone, should I write down all the numbers
they tell me to enter? What advantage does that have?
