How am I charged for receiving a call from oversea?03 Apr 2004 14:13 GMT3
A friend from French called me on my Sprint cellphone. I was talking to him
for about an hour. I now wonder how Sprint charges me. Anyone knows? Thanks
in advance.
Sprint PCS service in Oregon03 Apr 2004 10:44 GMT42
I'm currently a long-time Verizon user, both in the San Francisco Bay
area and now in Eugene, Oregon.  On a whim I stopped by a Sprint
reseller and asked some questions.  Long story short, I walked out
with a VM4500 (Sanyo SCP-5500) phone.  I figured I didn't have much to
Sprint to Verizon cellphone service03 Apr 2004 06:31 GMT3
Recently switched from Sprint to Verizon cell service (company change).
Still have a very good Motorola P8767 (sprint) cell phone . . . . much
better than the piece of junk LG phone Verizon gave me....
Anyway, Verizon said P8767 couldn't be reprogrammed for Verizon cell service
Advice On Phone/Situation03 Apr 2004 01:13 GMT8
Ok. Here's the situation. I used to have the Samsung a620. It was working
fine for the most part, until I moved to another part of town. Since I've
moved the phone was unusable at least 90% of the time, in and around the
neighborhood where I live (Searching For Service/No Service).
18 month equipment Replacement Reset Question02 Apr 2004 04:16 GMT1
I am seeing conflicting info regarding the 18 month equipment
replacement clock reset.  I thought I had read, recently, that doing
an esn change which involves a previously activated handset would not
re set the 18 month clock--which is correct??
#777 Not Working or Working Differently?02 Apr 2004 01:00 GMT3
Last year, I purchased a Samsung A500 and a SnapDialer cord and used
it on a trip I took through Alabama (can you believe it worked
there??!?!) last fall.  I have a wLAN at home, so I hadn't had reason
to try #777 until a few weeks ago when my router went down.  I found
PDA phone opinion / Service in Manhattan02 Apr 2004 00:55 GMT2
I am relocating to Manhattan .. I am looking for people's opinions on
the best PDA/phone - and opinions of best service coverage in
Manhattan (specifically the Upper East Side) - I need to get service
in my apartment as this will be my only phone.
Slow Vision?01 Apr 2004 18:41 GMT14
I had a Sanyo 6000 for two years and used the wireless web mainly for
checking sports scores.  It worked great and it was $5/month.  The phone
stopped working, which was totally my fault, so I picked up the Sanyo 6400.
Once you go that thin it's hard to go back(even though the 6400 ...
New faceplate for my Sanyo 530001 Apr 2004 18:09 GMT2
I have run into an issue trying to change to a new faceplate for my
SCP-5300 Sanyo phone.
The tri-wing screws that connect the faceplate are so small that I
can't find a bit or tool small enough to fit them.
What does M-S-L mean?01 Apr 2004 08:23 GMT10
If I'm about to activate a phone, should I write down all the numbers
they tell me to enter? What advantage does that have?
