The rule is (was?) that for an existing customer to receive as a rebate the
same discount a new customer gets when buying their phone, your existing phone
had to be in continuous use on your account for 18 months.
With the changes to the New phones purchase web page as of April 14;

I remember reading here that someone had a fight with lockline because they
were sent a samsung vga1000 in place of a sanyo 5300.
Lockline said the 2 phone were the same and this person proved to them they
were not.

In the past, there was a # you could call to get credited for problems like a
failed game download etc when using Sprint PCS vision.  
I tried the # today and it refers to their website, but I cant find where to
go.

Ok found this so far to fight lockline with
5300 has
digital zoom
7 numbers per person plus email 7 web

My phone says new message, when i get a txt message i want it to beep again.
Not sure what I changed to make it do that :(

A lot of folks are signing up for the free/donation ringtone sites.
A word to the wise is not to give your phone number to these sites.
Many are allowing ringtone files to be posted that are clearly copyright
infringements

Speaking to a Customer Service Rep today I was told the Nokia 6225 phones
were available today (4/13/04).
She also said they would be in the stores.
I don't see them on the web site.

Ok, so I thought I might try BitPim one more time with my 5300. Disabled ZA
Pro. Downloaded the newest beta v0.7-test8. Changed the settings to Com 5,
which is the USB port.
The log says the connection between the phone and laptop is good.
