I got an email from Sprint to try out their picture mail. free for 2 months then 10 dollars a month. It has text messaging and picture mail as well as the web. No one at Sprint can tell me the difference between this and Vision. Can anyone help?

We dont have to get into post counting to see if there are more or less posts and by whom about hold times. Sprint PCS employees who post here know the exact numbers and dont have the throw off "I havent seen a lot of posts about hold times" to fake an answer.
