Question about "life" of retention plans offers06 May 2004 12:18 GMT13
I've been on month-to-month since day one and want to upgrade to a better
plan, preferably a retention plan. If offered one, do I have to commit to it
right away to get it, or can I say I'll have to think about it and get back
to them later in the day or the next day?

JUNK TXT MESSAGE06 May 2004 04:28 GMT8
So I call *2 to complain about receiving a JUNK TXT Message, and after a
10 minute hold, they insist that the Sanyo 5400/RL2500 is an SMS phone,
and that it has been since the rollout of SMS on March 1 and that they
notified me by txt message on March 1

Osiris and the Vision requirement.05 May 2004 21:48 GMT3
We have seen contradictory postings from SprintPCS employees about
SprintPCS' program to allow existing customers to have access to
promotions that new customers get.
It was agreed that one had to be an existing customer and used their
Retention Plans FAQ - SprintPCS05 May 2004 14:53 GMT2
This FAQ is in no way authored by Sprint Spectrum, Sprint or Sprint PCS
unless otherwise expressly noted. By reading on, you agree that you are
fully aware of this. I see many questions asked repeatedly about rate
plans, and thought an "Unofficial Retention FAQ" was in order. I ...
