| Data cable/Sync software questions | 25 May 2004 22:55 GMT | 5 |
Ok, so I just got a new Toshiba VM-4050 phone and like it a lot. Now I want to buy a data cable and, if necessary, sync software for it so I can connect it to a computer--for *occasional* use, of course. But I'm confused by all the options available:

| Sprint is dinging my credit due to their error and will not fix it - any ideas? | 25 May 2004 22:05 GMT | 5 |
I found out that Sprint is dinging my credit for a deliquency. I called Sprint to find out that they had incorrectly charged a cancellation fee on an old account. They have since corrected this in their system and insist that I don't owe them any money.

I have a real problem hearing with this phone and after upgrading the soft ware its no better. If I was Sanyo or Sprint, I would offer me an allowance on a phone with a better earpiece in order to keep me as a happy Sanyo and Sprint customer, but alas that type of thinking is old ...

I've been with Sprint for a long time.. And when I mean A long time, I'm saying I started with Sprint PCS in 1997. I've stuck with them through tons of ups and downs -- the absolutely atrocious customer service period of 1999-2000, and generally have been pretty lenient

Any information on the directory for cell phones? You will have your cellphone number listed in a national database. I called Sprint and they didn't know about it. Keep you eyes and ears on this. Verizon is possibily not going to let
