I have an N400 that has always had a "problem"
with the audio.. on some calls ( both incoming and outgoing )
the connection is made, the reply is heard but the recipient receives
no audio.. it's as if the connection is "one way"

I just got a used Sanyo SCP-4900 from someone on Ebay.
I signed up for PCS Vision, but when I try to log on, the phone
automatically tries to use the former owner's username.  I can't find a
setting anywhere in the phone to make it use my username.

I have never done this before but would now like to download some new
ringers to my Samsung A460 phone. I think for this I need some kind of
cable to connect my phone to a PC. Also I would then need to get new
ringers. Where can I get these? Are they available for free anywhere?

I *just* called Customer Service a minute ago. The CSR asked for the
password and I gave her my old four-digit password, after which she said
"no, it's a word." Then I remembered that my wife had been on sprintpcs.com
and changed it and I forgot to ask her what the new one was.
