All Visiting some of the other web sites like sprintusers, etc... the common thread to the reviews is "this phone knows CDMA". If you want vision, camera, etc... then this is not the phone for you.

One of the real pluses for Sprint PCS has been one's ability to check their usage via *4 and on the web. It had been steadily improving through April 2004 when it seemed near real time. In May it went back to 2003 status of being hours behind, and on Memorial Day it was not

This last week has really showed me why SPCS always ranks near the bottom in customer service rankings. I've been a customer since '98, and this last week dealing with Sprint really makes me wonder why I didn't switch to Verizon.
