| Why SprintPCS is soooo bad | 19 Aug 2004 04:57 GMT | 8 |
J.D. Power EVERY Year rates SprintPCS worst for Customer Service. Sprint must be doing something wrong. - CSRs (on the "800" line) with strict handle time limits (6 minutes average) - CSRs with upsell quotas - must sell contracts, "Vision" or something

| Roaming in Canada | 18 Aug 2004 20:35 GMT | 4 |
I was in Canada a few weeks ago with relatives, and ALL of them could roam (Verizon, T-Mobile and Cingular) except my sprint phone! I kept getting a recording asking me to enter a charge card number and pay $2 per minute! When I got back to the states I called

| Sanyo 4920 and sync software | 18 Aug 2004 16:46 GMT | 2 |
Does anyone know where I can download (for free, preferably) software that will allow me to interface my PC to a Sanyo 4920 cell phone. I have the USB data cable (which I believe Sanyo skimped out on), but no software. Sanyo doesn't have the software, neither does Sprint.

| SBC DISH SUCKS | 18 Aug 2004 06:44 GMT | 3 |
It is the worst experience in my life. I signed up in July of 2004 and canceled it 2 days later ! When you sign up, you're speaking with friendly SBC, and you ask them if when you call customer service, will I be working with SBC or Dish?

| Digital Camera Accessory for Samsung i330? | 16 Aug 2004 12:42 GMT | 1 |
I realize this is a mothballed phone, but I just got one on ebay to replace my Kyocera 6035. On the old product pages they constantly brag about this digital camera attachment that can be purchased. But I haven't seen one for sale anywhere. Did they never come out with it?

| Make a partial payment, lose your phone service! Cingular might not "fit you best". | 15 Aug 2004 05:53 GMT | 3 |
There slogan is "Cingular Fits You Best", but for many that may not be the case. My bill with Cingular was $190.00. It included two activation fees plus service for one month. The bill was due on the 16th, on the 20th I got a

Anybody have info on how to access the CDMA equivalent of TDMA NAM, or have any of the access codes (like the old 6100 series) for the Sprint-branded 3385i? I'm still fiddling with it, but any info would be appreciated. Thanks
