Retention experience, August 200413 Aug 2004 12:09 GMT1
First of all, I want to point out that NEITHER of the phone numbers

My wife and I share a plan. I'm the main holder so I can go to the site and
enter my number/password and get my info. However, I can't see my wife's
usage. Why is that? I can't log in as her (I don't think she even has a
password) so where is HER usage?

I notice that I get text messages when a new message comes in on AIM,

if I go over? How do MSN and Yahoo IM work -- same way, or are ...
