Small, good reception, no bells?12 Sep 2004 01:57 GMT3
I'm wondering if there is any Sprint phones that don't have all the
hundreds upon hundreds of features today's phones do.
I have a Sanyo SCP-8100 right now; I'm looking for something that has
great reception - sms messaging - etc.

I really don't understand sprint's policies.
I don't often buy cell phones.
I had a sprint phone over 5 years.
Last year, the phone died.  A sprint store wasn't close to
Quality voice10 Sep 2004 21:05 GMT1
I have a friend that I chat with from cell to cell. She has Cingular and
I have Sprint. Her voice always sounds static and I find it hard to
understand (makes me feel old and hard of hearing). Isn't Cingular
digital? Or, could it be the phone my friend is using? I thought a phone

My TMobile monthly is $39.99 and my Sprint was $39.99 (currently
$40.00).
Without additional features, I notice that my TMobile monthly bill
with taxes and fees is the same at $48.86.  My Sprint monthly goes up

i500 or i330?07 Sep 2004 21:43 GMT1
I am looking at phones on EBay, and am sorta torn between the Samsung
i500 and i330.
The i330 has a larger display area, which when coupled with the few
apps that take advantage makes for a bit more use-ability as a
Sprint Data Plan v Earthlink Wireless07 Sep 2004 19:21 GMT19
Earthlink has a CDMA wireless data plan for $19 a month.  It looks like they
are reselling the Sprint plan, but I cannot be sure.  Unfortunately, I am
not in a city that Earthlink markets the plan in, but I'm wondering whether
this is the same service being sold for 1/4 the price?
Calls going straight to voicemail?06 Sep 2004 12:25 GMT17
About 10% of calls coming to my Sprint phone go directly to voicemail
without giving me a chance to answer the call.
What's up with that?

What kind of typical data rate are you guys seeing with the data card and
the $80/month unlimited plan? Does this cover any phone usage or is it a la
