I got this phone yesterday and had it activated at the Sprint store. I went home and started reading the manual and configuring the phone. I was kind of surprised to find that when I went to 'my pcs' on the Sprint website they had allready changed my phone model info.

Do I need to have the location thing turned on? My phone says turning it on will allow the network to detect your position, making some Sprint applications easier to use. If turned off will hide the phone from the network expect 911.
