Ok Phillipe ... Just what is your agenda?25 Apr 2005 03:20 GMT8
You've told us that you've moved your service over to Cingular last year. So
why do you keep posting in the SPCS newsgroup?
Why continue to harp on SPCS, when you no longer have SPCS service?
Fess up Phillipe ... did you get fired from a job with SPCS? If not, why
multimedia question24 Apr 2005 23:47 GMT3
I don't think my phone, VGA1000, can handle multimedia, but I might change
phones later.  My contract with Sprint doesn't end until May, 2006, but I
can get $150 rebate & a new phone in Nov, 2005.
I was just exploring the multimedia and have a couple of questions.
Calling Voicemail via landline24 Apr 2005 15:52 GMT16
It appears that you can no longer call voicemail from a landline phone.
Example: Dial the first six digits of your cell phone followed by 6-2-4-5.
Is there an alternative?

Last night I started getting about one text message a minute from
some IM gateway at AOL, mostly from someone named Awesomedude322.
I suspect spim.  I called Sprint, and they put some kind of block
in place, and the messages stopped, but they started up again

Sanyo 4920 Problems. Turns self off, keypad unresponsive. 2nd time. Ugh.18 Apr 2005 20:21 GMT3
I have a Sanyo RL-4920 phone which I love to death.
Suddenly today, the phone started turning itself off and on, recording
voice data messages. There's nothing I can do about it because the
keypad will not respond to anything. The volume up and down keys will
Changing batteries while talking?17 Apr 2005 17:26 GMT11
I have a Sanyo 8100 with an extra battery.  Is there some way to change the
battery out while talking?  I thought maybe having the phone charger plugged
in would work but it didn't.  I don't think the desktop charger will be of
any help.

Who Dropped the Call?16 Apr 2005 01:18 GMT10
Assume that you have two CDMA cell phones with the call drop feature
enabled. Both of the phones are receiving a good signal and the users of the
phone are in a stationary position. One of the users notices that the sound
of the other person's voice is becoming "choppy". The ...
I got Billed for Long Distance14 Apr 2005 16:28 GMT2
I have Sprint FCA and got billed for long distance while roaming on Verizon.
What is up with that?
I called Sprint CS and they removed the charges. Has this happened to anyone
else? You really have to watch your bill very carefully.
