| Voicemail Backdoor Shut Down? | 12 May 2005 02:35 GMT | 13 |
Until yesterday, I was able to check my voicemail by dialing any SPCS 3-digit prefix followed by 6245(MAIL). For example: 845-6245. This worked for any local SPCS prefix, but it seems that all of them are shut down now. Anyone know what's going on? I used this several ...

| Online Airtime Usage Oddities | 12 May 2005 02:35 GMT | 1 |
Ok, here's the deal. I have four lines, with the 800 minute F&F plan. Last month, on the 28th, CS added 50 courtesy minutes per line (total of 200, but I guess each line can only use 50). These minutes are supposed to 'drop off' on the 28th of this month. My new cycle started 4 ...

My family owns two Sprint phones. Phone #1 is nearly three years old; works fine (Sanyo 4700, I think). We're now going month-to-month on this phone ($30 bucks a month for 300 anytime minutes; free N&W). I could be persuaded to sign a contract if

| Culver City Sprint Store Is the WORST | 10 May 2005 04:16 GMT | 10 |
OK, you know the store is bad when they have to have a security guard check people in! I spoke to a rep there who had me so angry within 30 seconds I could see why they need a security guard. Here's a crazy idea - get rid of the bad reps and have HELPFUL reps and

I have had vague problems with my Sprint Samsung SCH8500 lately. So I took it into the Sprint store on Friday and asked them to test it. They did, said it needed a software update which they say they did. They said it passed the test and gave me a screenshot saying so.

| Vision usage, out-of-plan | 06 May 2005 21:42 GMT | 3 |
I don't have a vision plan, I pay as I go. I started using AOL IM recently and noticed that even when I open the phone after periods of non-use, the icon is still illuminated to show I am "online." Am I paying for being "active" or do I only get charged when data starts being ...
