I have been a Sprint PCS customer for years and, usually, have been
happy with the service. I rarely have to speak to Sprint themselves as
I do most account management online.

With my old phone (Samsung sch 3500), I can put the phone on the desktop
charger and switch the phone on and make a call.  Similarly, I can use
the phone in the car with it plugged into the car charger.
Last night my new Samsung A740 was being charged.  I tried to switch on

Ok, so I emailed CS about the new shitty rebate program, complained because
I would be able to get the 150 this oct. Did a good rant, all true stuff and
valid points. They emailed me back and said because of my good customer

I know they have made some changes, but what I don't for the rebate program
is why they didn't grandfather in those of us that are on a contract? Why
not simply make this new rule effective for new customers? Also, why in the
