I find it outrageous that SPRINT charges the customer for *receiving* text
messages even if they have not signed up for any of their texting plans. In

My house is on the fringe of two Sprint towers and I only got reception
about 80% of the time with a Sprint phone that I tried one day.  Perhaps,
there is another Sprint phone that gets better reception.  Which Sprint
phone gets the best reception?  

I wasn't able to use Vision at all this weekend due to "Sprint updating
critical systems to deliver a better experience" or some such B.S.
Now, when I use my phone to log onto Vision, I don't see the traditional
Vision homepage (listing "Entertainment", "News", "My Account" - info).

Early in July my Sprint Vision Content Manager disappeared from my phone.
Any attempt to download games or ringers results in a message: "LOGIN ERROR
Application error. We regret this inconvenience. Please try again later."

Why is calling my voicemail a billable call when I have unlimited
