Despite what CSRs say, there are some real numbers and addresses to
some real people in SprintPCS. Here are some that I've gleaned through
various issues resulting from customer service incompetence:

My sprint business connection software on the desktop won't connect

Even though I do know how to use the phone as a modem at (14.4k), I
have not been using it as a modem. And why would I do that anyway,

I have an LG PM 325 phone with Jabra FreeSpeak 250.  The phone searches for
this device but doesn't find it.  I also have a Logitech Freedom headset.
