any eta on the network outage her on the west coast?

I bought a usb data cable through ebay and all I received was a cd with
drivers on it. No .exe file. Can someone be so kind as to show this
untechnical person where I can place these drivers in order to have my
computer recognize my phone, thanks

What platform/server software does the Sprint network support for pushing
email to the Treo's?

Does anyone know of a way to transfer a contact list from a Samsung
SPH-A660 phone to a Samsung SPH-A840 phone that does not involve manual
retyping?  Sprint used to do this for free, but now they want to charge
$15.

When I access ebay through my web-enabled phone (Sanyo MM7400/Sprint
Vision) I cannot place any bids.  One of two things happens. Sometimes
a screen keeps popping up telling me to re-enter my bid. I seem to get
stuck in some kind of loop where I enter a bid and this screen pops

How do I find out if my Nokia 6225 will work correctly in London?  If it
will work, what do I need to prearrange before I leave.  If it won't work,
what's the best value for renting a phone for 10 days?
