I'm trying to connect my Samsung A920 to my PC using the USB cable. Can you
access the phone book etc. with this cable or is it only good for using the
phone as a modem? Do I need some software or something?

Am I the only one who didn't get the memo that our friends at Sprint
raised the charge for call forwarding from .10/minute to .20/minute
effective Jan 1? Since I forward on no answer to my work voicemail vs
Sprint's voicemanil I end up with 200-300 call forwarding minutes/month.

I know this gets rehased constantly, but unfortunately I can't be a frequent
follower of this group or the many forums around.

I downloaded a ring tone onto my computer's hard drive (it is in .zip
format) and I'd like to know if it is possible to get it into my Samsung
A560 voice phone.  The manual did not mention anything about downloading
ring tones or screensavers, and for all I know, this model might ...

Is there an easy way to create ringtones? How do I get them to my

Sprint just upgraded my phone to the MM-8300.
This looks like pretty much the same phone with some cosmetic changes.
Is there anything significantly different between these two phones that I
should get excited about?

I was recently called by folks claiming to represent Sprint/Nextel. They
