| new, thin sanyo? | 15 May 2006 06:33 GMT | 1 |
Does anyone know anything about a release date for the Sanyo "Katana"? The Sprint guy I talked to today said it was coming out in about two weeks, and doubting the competence of Sprint reps, I asked how reliable that was and he said "it's very reliable".

| what address book programs are compatible with the 8300? | 14 May 2006 01:25 GMT | 1 |
Is there a list somewhere that shows which address book programs can be synced with the Sanyo 8300 (and other phones as well) for transferring name and numbers? I know Outlook can be used, but it'd be nice if others could too, like Thunderbird, or perhaps something else.

| Transferring contacts from Outlook to A900 via BT | 13 May 2006 21:54 GMT | 1 |
I'm able to pair my A900 to my computer using BlueSoleil or Toshiba stack. My Outlook (2002) sees the phone OK. When I transfer a contact card, it always transfers the same contact, regardless of which contact I select to transfer (push). If I select multiple names, it transfers the ...

| 0 hours of standby time? | 13 May 2006 20:31 GMT | 6 |
Can someone explain what this means? I don't understand how a phone can have 0 hours of standby time, unless it means something other than what I'm thinking (which is how long it will last when not in use). Thanks.

| Treo 700W Any new information on its arrival? | 12 May 2006 15:43 GMT | 3 |
A few months ago there was speculation that the 700w was going to come out sometime in March but that's come and gone. A SCSR told me mid-April, that's come and gone. Any word of when and what features it will have over the 650?

| what are the proper "threats" to make when dealing with customer service | 11 May 2006 05:17 GMT | 2 |
i've wondered about this in general, but since i plan to buy a new phone soon, i'd like to know what are the appropriate 'references' to make if you ever need to deal with a problem with sprint CS, such as they won't honor a deal they made with you, they won't let you return a ...
