When I use *2 to get to Sprint support, I end up at Embarq. My phone was purchased and setup before Sprint spun off Embarq. Is this a glitch on Sprint's end, or did the number change when they split, and I'll have to change some setting on my phone (Treo 650) to make *2 to go ...

On the Sprint web site there is mention that the new Sprint-Nextel hybrid phone will be available in select markets onn November 5th. Does anyone know where these select markets are?

Previously I had the Sanyo VM4500. I loved this phone. It was loud (the way I like it), had a great speaker phone, I was used to the menus, there was not one complaint I had about it. That model is discontinued, and, I decided to upgrade. So, I went with

Wow. Apparently Sprint is giving prominent bloggers free phones with free Power Vision, and free downloads, in order to get some publicity. Joel Spolsky's review is probably not the kind they were hoping for! :-) Here it is:
