Uploading videos from PC to Picture Mail13 Feb 2007 07:49 GMT8
Is there any way to upload video files from a PC to the Picture Mail
Web site?  I can upload video files smaller than 256 KB directly from
my Treo 650 to the Web site wirelessly.  I can get the files from my
Treo to a PC by Hot Syncing.  I can upload photos from the PC to the
Can I replace ringtones without going thru sprint?11 Feb 2007 20:39 GMT4
I realize this might be a "basic" question but I haven't found an
answer here yet...
I'm thinking I should be able to download ring tones to my computer
and get a cable and transfer them to my phone (Sanyo 4930).     Can I
Retention strategy advice?11 Feb 2007 18:52 GMT6
I've read posts about retention at Sprint and their interest in keeping
customers.
I'd like some suggestions/advice on this situation that came up for me:
I've been a PCS customer for about 5 years and am currently on a month to
Phones with best reception?10 Feb 2007 22:09 GMT5
I currently have a Samsung A820, and am not thrilled with the
reception or the fact that it's hard to punch numbers in accurately.
Not to mention that I can't even get a fitted leather case for it.
The Sprint-store drones say that all phones have the same reception,
sanyo SCP8400 Battery Door Cover10 Feb 2007 18:08 GMT5
I have been searching the web trying to find a replacement battery door
cover for my Sanyo SCP8400. Was hoping by chance someone here might know of
a source. I tried teh Sanyo site and Google lookup. Can't think of anything
else. I can get a new phone by mailing it back but really ...
Boost reboot yesterday10 Feb 2007 12:28 GMT2
Theres no Boost mobile group, but we're on the sprint network so I'll ask
here. Yesterday I caught my phone just reboot itself. It was just like I had
turned it off and on. Afterwards there was a READ voicemail indicated, but
when I checked there was none. Never had any problems ...
Bizarre signal issue in NYC with Treo09 Feb 2007 15:58 GMT7
My SIL is in visiting and they have had the strangest experience with
their Sprint service in Manhattan. She and hubby had switched to Treos
several months back and love them.
They work great in PA where they spend part fo their time and throughout

No Sprint Signal in My New Home07 Feb 2007 23:32 GMT21
I recently moved into a condo with my girlfriend.  We both have sprint
with different plans and different phones.  We can't get any signal at
all any where inside.  We can't even get a signal out on the patio.
We've both called sprint 10+ times to complain about the coverage.
Sprint - calling their own customers07 Feb 2007 19:39 GMT3
I thought I saw this awhile ago -
Sprint reps calling their own customers...
to upgrade or sell them something -
wonder about the results ?
harassment by sprint07 Feb 2007 18:48 GMT16
I have been receiving automated calls from sprint.  At first they said to
press 1 to hear in English or press 2 to hear in Spanish.  Later they
started asking for a person that I have no knowledge of, then it changed to
we have an important message for you.  The latest is ...
Bluetooth for A900 that takes calls AND plays podcasts?07 Feb 2007 14:46 GMT2
I load podcasts (mp3 format) onto my A900, but they won't play through
my Bluetooth Jabra BT500.
A wired headset will do both, but not the Jabra, which will only play
the calls.
Any new phones coming?06 Feb 2007 11:11 GMT3
Any new phones about to come out? About ready to get new phones but can't
seem to find any info on new ones coming out soon. Just in case they had
functions I might be interested in. I had intended to buy 3 Sanyo 8400's but
since Datapilot is not going to support this model I have ...

Tower locations!!!!05 Feb 2007 20:19 GMT5
A couple of years ago I saw a web site that had a listing of all cell
tower locations and a detailed list of what antennas were on each
tower ands on what frequencies they broadcast. Unfortunately I had
this site saved on a computer that crashed a couple of years ago and
