I have Sprint PCS Vision in my plan for the last 4 years; i just
upgrade my phones (I have 4 phones shared minutes & Vision) to Katana.
I asked the cs rep. when i upgrade the phones whether i can send and
receive pictures on my phones without any added charges? Her reply was

What happened . I used to send nice big pictures , Now they are small
square pictures. Hmm Are we up to no good Sprint?

No software came with the phone :(
The Samsung PC Studio (version 3.1 or 3.1.1?) doesn't see/connect to
the phone.

I have a $9.99 charge on my sons phone for some kind of premium text service
that sprint claims they have nothing to do with. They gave me a toll free
number to call this scam company and all I get is a recording. My son tells
me that texed him something but he did not sign up ...
