later with a follow-up question, i got a different answer.  so i called 2
more times and all 4 reps gave different answers as to what is included in
my plan.

At 9:04AM there is a local call to my Sprint number and it goes to voicemail
because my cell phone is off.  At 9:30AM I turn my cell phone on and there
is no home screen indication of uheard voicemail.  At 10:11AM my phone beeps
to signal the new voice message.

I don't want my Mogul to shut off completely, just the backlight.
Starting with the backlight on it's lowest setting, I've set it up so when
it is running on "External power" the backlight should go off in "2 min" and
the backlight stays on all night and maybe longer.

Treo Newbie here, and first time poster here.
My "new" Treo 650 has the latest firmware. I generally like the phone

Have a Razr battery question here. Any help appreciated.
I bought a Razr from Sprint 2 months ago. It worked fine for a couple of
weeks. Once fully charged, the battery would last about 3 days on standby.
But about 2-3 weeks into the phone, the battery life drastically degraded.

Tried out the mogul at Sprint and I have bad hearing and couldnt hear
most of the ringers and the ones I could hear are real weak and had to
have the phone about 6 inches from me to hear them. Anyone know a work
around or another WM6 PDA with loud ring volume??

I have Sprint phone CDM-120sp  When I try to send any text message
either using phone book or typing in number manually, either using T3
or not, etc as soo as I hit send I got blue screen with error codes
(displayed one at a time, cycles each error code every few seconds):

Has anyone got a work around to add MP3's to the phone without going
through Sprint?  I tried transferring directly to the expansion card,
but when I put the card back into the phone it didn't recognize them.
