| What do you think of the Palm Centro? | 30 Oct 2007 07:30 GMT | 3 |
Just released for Sprint, at $99 after rebate. What would be a sensible plan with minimal daytime voice minutes? What kind of data plans do people typically get where they don't anticipate a lot of usage?

| Sprint customer non-service | 29 Oct 2007 12:48 GMT | 7 |
When we transferred our service to Sprint from ATT/Cingular the Sprint rep mistyped my husband's name. Not a major typo, but the middle initial was wrong. Easy enough to live with, right? Well, we have three phones on the account. Even though most CID units

I am in the process of purchasing either a Treo 755p or a HTC MOGUL. The device will be used mostly for phone calls, texting, e-mail, surfing the Internet, IMing, and listening to music (MP3's and streaming Internet radio).

| Question on CDMA and data | 21 Oct 2007 05:10 GMT | 1 |
I've been away from CDMA-based providers for awhile. I was wondering if some of you knew the answer to a curiousity of mine. I've heard that the more users on a CDMA system, the higher the noise floor becomes, effectively shrinking the usable area of the cell.

| What are options for Stolen Phone w/ No Insurance? | 20 Oct 2007 09:00 GMT | 11 |
Seeking advice. Just had an almost new phone stolen from my car. I had just gotten a new phone, but hadn't taken insurance. SO.... no replacement possible and no rebate since I used it a few months ago.

Does an ESN change still reset the time period [two years] that you have to wait to get the $150 rebate on a new phone purchase?

Do SERO accounts have an add-a-line option like regular Sprint accounts do? If so, what are the charges for them? Thanks, ---Joel Koltner

| Changing area code | 18 Oct 2007 02:47 GMT | 9 |
I have always found cellular carriers to only change your area code when you provide an address in that area. I signed up for a SprintPCS plan a few days ago, and found that the number they gave me was being faxed all the time. I called CS and asked for a new number, and even

| PRL updates | 17 Oct 2007 17:08 GMT | 2 |
I have PRL 60610 in my phone. Does SprintPCS update the PRL automatically, or is there a reason to call in periodically and have my account "flagged" for an update.

| Ask your mother, ask your father | 11 Oct 2007 12:38 GMT | 4 |
We are at an impasse. A few weeks ago someone provided links to a possible workaround for my husband's Activesync installation problem. Turns out that's for an earlier version and while it gave us some clues as to registry entries
