Opinions of Motorola Phones?30 Nov 2007 20:32 GMT3
This may seem like a very naive question, but from those who
have used a variety of Sprint phones, can someone offer opinions about
the sound and signal-holding properties of Motorola phones (along with
any other qualities that seem significant - menu design, etc.)?
My PPC 6700 has no sound30 Nov 2007 02:14 GMT2
I got my PPC 6700 from sprintpcs in mid-July.  It's been a while since
it stopped to produce any sound, even when not in vibration mode.
Plus, playing music or video does not produce any sound. Tapping the
screen does not produce any sound, even if I have enabled sound for

Text messaging how to28 Nov 2007 13:20 GMT4
When I send a text message phone to phone, it alerts the receiver's phone
immediately. However when I send that same individual a text message from my
computer in the form of an email, the recipient must go into and query his
email server. This is not the same with other carriers ...

screwed out of $50...worth fighting over?27 Nov 2007 14:32 GMT2
About 15 months ago, we went to a Sprint store to replace a dying phone
that was on our family plan.  After spending about 50 minutes trying to
put the new phone on our account, the store said it could not be done on
our current plan, and the only option, they claimed, was to switch ...

I live in the sticks. Anyone ever used a Yagi antenna, router, aircard to
achieve broadband internet? What antenna, router combo would work? I want a

Sprint Touch anyone?18 Nov 2007 01:47 GMT2
Could anyone provide their experience with the Sprint Touch? I currently
have the Treo 700p and it's great but this new phone seem to have even
better features. Do you think it's worth the change or should I just stick
with what I have? I am especially fond of the voice dial ...
Can't See Bill Or Pay Online15 Nov 2007 16:22 GMT10
I received a text message from Sprint on Nov 6th informing me that Sprint's
billing system was being upgraded through the 8th and changes couldn't be
made to my account.  I went to sprint.com on the 10th and found I needed to
update my user name and password.  Today I want to pay ...
Sprint Customer Service Non-existent15 Nov 2007 16:18 GMT12
After nearly nearly 10 years I am leaving Sprint. My Service has been
good and the number of dropped calls and roaming dumps have been
greatly reduced. My biggest issue is their level of customer service.
I am ready to upgrade my Treo 650 due to small problems with the phone
ETF Reduced?15 Nov 2007 15:14 GMT1
I noticed that some of the wireless companies are reducing the early
termination fees.  If  I'm not mistaken, Sprint was doing this.  Reduction
of the ETF would be on a sliding scale depending on how long contract was in
force.
