Kind of a stupid question, but I recently re-upped with a new 2 year contract and had new phones sent out. All done via tele sales. Phone are supposed to be charged to the account, but checking my sprint.com phone bill online, even 3 weeks later, I don't see the charges

I need a thinner unit with a larger screen, into which I can load such applications as an ebook reader, checking account manager, databases, etc. I almost fell for the Samsung Instinct, then was told that it's just a phone with a media center.
