When BT Cellnet became O2, I expected the display on my phone to change soon afterwards, but well over a year later, it still says "BT CELLNET". Is this because they have not changed something on the cell sites, or is the name built onto the SIM card and will never change?

I seem to have deleted part of the voicemail number from my phone - so when I press the voicemail symbol it says "number not recognised": what should it be set to ? I've tried the automated Virgin set up procedure but to no avail.

How are calls charged from Virgin to T-Mobile? Are they classed as calls to the same network or a different network? What about vice-versa, i.e. calls from T-Mobile to Virgin? Thanks in advance

Carphone warehouse are offering me an upgarde phone on Orange. I've been on their website - they offer the Nokia 8910i as an upgrade but dont mention a price - any ideas? - My monthly spend is around £25 - they offered a T610 for £87.
