does anybody know of any, or is using any technology, that is able to step
down the level of mobile phone signals to a "safe" level on a building wide
scale ?

just purchased one from one stop shop on orange and I want to insert an o2
sim in it,  is this a phone and can use those sites you put the imei number
in and you get the unlock code for, any sites people recommend.

I've recently started using GPRS for the three month free WAP access
trial for Orange on my Nokia 6310i. This all seems to work fine just
after I've turned the phone on, but if I leave the phone on overnight,
it seems to be unable to get a GPRS connection the next day - I get a

Does anyone know the format (bits/bytes) of a SMS text message and what is
returned (bits/bytes) if you ask for a sms reciept?

tariff? The one where you get 300 free WAP minutes for a 10 quid

I have an SE T39 & T610 which I'm trying to sync with Outlook XP under
WinXP. The serial connection (SE cable) has proved to be nearly as
unreliable as using a Belkin (Widcomm) BT dongle. At the moment
XTNDConnect crashes halfway through syncing & that's IF I can get either

At home I use a TDK bluetooth usb adaptor to syncronise outlook with my
T68i.  I would like to do the same at work with my notebook which is
running 2k with outlook connecting to an exchange server.  I've install
the USB Belkin dongle, paired the phone, connected the phone serial ...

Rwading up on various posts on various phones, it seems that cheap
handsets can be had by signing up to new contracts. I've got two
Orange contracts, but many posters appear to have many more than that.
I have a few questions about multiple contracts-
