Animated .GIFs as wallpaper on Sharp GX-2028 Oct 2003 13:26 GMT2
Having downloaded a few animated gifs of Homer Simpson (!),  I was pleased
to find I could set them as wallpaper on my GX20.  (both external and
internal displays).   But the wierd thing is that some of them only animate
once (ie. not looped), whereas others animate forever, as ...

We have lost a sim on the Virgin tariff (originally from a phone that
has long been replaced by other models) and Orange will not replace it -

I currently have a VERY old Motorola which is on its last legs.  I am on
O2 Pay As You Go and probably only spend £10 a month on calls.
My father has just told me he has bought me a Motorola V50 with
Vodaphone Clear As You Go? (same as Pay As You Go?) for £50.
t-email end free notification sms28 Oct 2003 01:32 GMT5
Just a heads up for all t-email (ex t-motion) users. Email received
yesterday notifies us that from 19th November, the service will only
be available to T-Mobile customers, and sms notifications will cost
10p each. An unfortunate stance seeing as they will not be incurring

I am really surprised to find a charge of £1.27 on my T-Mob (Talk 750 +50
free text deal from CPW last year).
I first sent a text to 80202 for the deal advertised by O2 at the moment but
I forgot to include my post code.  I received this text back stating I must

them, apart from keep changing their CS e-mail addresses so you cannot
find them.....
And look at the response, don't they know that on PAYG you don't get a
