I can't work out how to get rid of the annoying O2 personalisation on my P900. Am I missing something or can't this be done.

A little while ago I raised the point of Orange calling me to see if I was happy with my recent upgrade - and then asking me for my password. I raised my concerns with Orange, and received the following response - a bit contradictory really.

10p a minute anytime during the week, 2p all weekends. Not bad at all, but I've been having some problems with them, only while calling UK mobiles- and then, usually Orange mobiles. Anyone else experience this? I'd say that calling an Orange mobile- it's about 50% successful.

I have been trying to get an Orange Panasonic X70 unlocked and am getting the run around. Orange say you need to speak to Panasonic and Panasonic say you need to speak to Orange. Can anyone here help ?
