Virtual two-way radio10 Dec 2003 19:27 GMT11
Just come back from the US where I noticed many peeps using the PCS virtual

Orange PAYG Minimum Call Charge10 Dec 2003 18:43 GMT1

for voice calls? Did Orange ever tell any customers at the time? Just
found out about this and understandably a bit pissed off, don't Orange
have to inform subscribers of any price increases?

phone free as an upgrade, or am I as well going for a new contract?

Orange Square Deals10 Dec 2003 15:19 GMT13
Do you still get the same level/quality of customer service* from the Orange
Square deals as you would from the normal (non on-line) Orange talk plans,
i.e. - Unlike the O2 online deals (which I believe they're designed to be
equivalent to) where you have to call a premium rate ...
