Does anybody have any idea when a minimum call charge was introduced for voice calls? Did Orange ever tell any customers at the time? Just found out about this and understandably a bit pissed off, don't Orange have to inform subscribers of any price increases?

I've got an old Samsung A300 on OVP Virgin that I wouldn't mind upgrading - I know I can get a new Sagem MY-X6 for free on the 120 mins anytime tariff for £15 a month. Can I switch to this tariff and get the phone free as an upgrade, or am I as well going for a new contract?

For ages my T610 has been weird with the signal, sometimes its all green, then it drops to none or very little, then back up again, and sending a text is a nightmare, sometimes it takes the scroller 3 or 4 scrolls across the screen to send as opposed to what, a few seconds so is ...
