I've found this great service that Orange are running

you to create Christmas wish lists by text.  Your friends and family can
then view your wish list either by text, web or wap at www.textmas.com.

my friend has given his O2 Online PAYG SIM a bit too much abuse and now
it doesn't read properly in phones.
I gave him a new O2 Online PAYG SIM and he wants to port his old number
onto this new SIM. However, when he phoned up O2, apparently they asked

Hi I am thinking of getting the V500 on orange to replace my ageing
T68.  I have seen sugestions that the address book is less advanced
than that which I am familiar with.  Namely you can't have multiple
numbers for the same name in a sub folder structure. I have seen

T-Mobile Caller ID failure.05 Dec 2003 01:10 GMT3
I've just recently taken out a contract with T-Mobile but I'm far from
impressed. At least once a day I will receive a call from somebody I know
who is NOT withholding there number from me (e.g. my girlfriend, my Dad or a
mate). However my Nokia phone only displays the word 'CALL' ...

Recommendation for a bluetooth phone anyone04 Dec 2003 22:56 GMT9
I'm thinking about switching for a Bluetooth phone. Although I only
rarely want to use a phone in the car, it would be useful
occasionally, so I will switch if it's not too expensive,
I've currently got a Motorola V66e on Orange. In most respects this
Cheapest GPRS04 Dec 2003 22:02 GMT6
Further to my questions last night regarding renewing my T-mob contract
and also wanting a new T610, I'm now looking at data costs.
T-Mob are _very_ expensive for GPRS it seems - about £7.50 / MB by the
looks of things.
6310i and bluetooth04 Dec 2003 20:50 GMT2
Anyone know how to get the Nokia suite to work with a bluetooth PC dongle so
as to read the phone's directory and/or edit it?
I can get the bluetooth and phone to talk/see each other, but Nokia always
says there is no connection, or errors.

Is sending SMS between all UK providers a "fait acompli" or are there
