GPRS on O2 Pay as you go?07 Mar 2004 12:40 GMT7
What is the procedure for getting a GPRS compatible phone, on the O2
PAYG (or whatever it's called on O2) network, running GPRS? I assume a
call to customer services is in order to have the account enabled?
Anything else I need to know? Anyone know the costs?
Porting to an O2 PAYG Sim07 Mar 2004 12:39 GMT1
Has anyone done this on the 99p 300txt/mnth SIMs? I know these arrive with
numbers already allocated, so thought I'd check and see if anyone had
carried an existing number over?
Thanks
More 7600 questions07 Mar 2004 11:38 GMT1
If I bought a 7600 on the 3 PAYG doodah, is it easy to get the phone
unlocked?  Once unlocked, will the 3 SIM still work in it and also in other
3 phones? (ie, it's not  somehow locked to a  specific phone?).
And will all the network SIMs work in the 7600?   And foreign SIMs too?

Three signal strength and other observations07 Mar 2004 09:39 GMT11
I'm not exactly totally happy with the three service using two motorola a835
phones we just bought.
At home, the service switches to 2G most of the time.  I can force it to go
to 3g through the menus and it usually registers and works for a bit, then

The Motorola A835 on 3 is free on VideoTalk 500 from nearly every site I
