Does anybody have a strategy for complaining to o2 that they have actually
had any success from?
I have E-mailed them twice about a complaint I have and they have not even
replied to me yet, not even acknowledged my complaint!

I've had a look on the CPW and Link website but I can't find mention of
batteries for 6310i/7110. I've done a quick search but most of the links I
find seem to be selling 2nd hand batteries although it's hard to tell for
