just rang up, to qualify you must be in month 11 or 12 or later of your contract, i do not know if it was cos my bills have been £100 that she saw it, but i was rejected cos i am only on month 3 of my contract. good luck all. guess i'll be waiting for orange 3G whenever it comes out ...
