Maybe a noob question - forgive me!26 May 2004 10:45 GMT2
Just ordered my 6230 on Orange. I have a number on HSD plan which is quite
nice. If I phone 150 will they swap the numbers for me? If so, what do I say
to them?

Motorola Accompli 00826 May 2004 10:42 GMT4
I've been offered a second-hand Motorola Accompli 008. Having done a
quick 'google', I see that many people had problems trying to make GPRS
on this 'phone work with Orange.  I wonder if this was ever resolved and
if someone, somewhere has working settings?

O2 to lauch 400 min inclusive tariff26 May 2004 10:02 GMT4
I don't know whether this is old news or new but o2 are planning to
launch a new 400 inclusive min tariff in June. O2 couldn't give me any
clear details other than to say this is an entirely new tariff due to
be launched sometime in June maybe July and the price I was quoted by
Emailing 0226 May 2004 09:48 GMT5
Typed out a polite and some what lengthy email to O2 to get an automated
response about upgrading my mobile?! How do I actually get an email through
to a human being? I think my next email may not be so polite.....
TIA
"Upgrading" an Orange PAYG26 May 2004 08:58 GMT49
All,
A PAYG phone we've had on Orange for some years now is totally worn out.  We
need to get a replacement for it, but need to keep the tariff (PAYG Just
Talk), the number and the network (Orange).
Cancelling Orange26 May 2004 08:47 GMT18
Hope someone can help me here. I have an Orange contract that
was conencted on 21st January. My billing cycle is from the
10th to the 9th of the month, so I assume that:
10th feb -> 9th mar = month one
Warning when purchasing from Phone4U26 May 2004 08:42 GMT3
Went into Phones4U Camberley on Saturday and was offered a Jabra 250
that had just been reduced that day from £80 to £50.
I thought that was a good price and bought at £50. Imagine the shock
when I arrived home and found a Jabra 200 in the bag.
WAP browsing errors.26 May 2004 02:18 GMT3
I'm quite new to browsing with WAP, so I'm unsure if it's common or not to
get a hell of a lot of 'http error x68' messages while trying to open pages.
Is there anything specific that could cause these, or is the problem
possibly at my end (like in my settings or something?). Thanks ...
Motorola V600, EMail & Vodafone26 May 2004 02:11 GMT5
Anyone managed to get the email client to connect to a POP server with
this 'phone and network?  Mine gets as far as "Connecting to server
...", occasionally flashes something like "300 bytes transferred" but
doesn't manage to download anything.  WAP over GPRS is fine.
Logos Unlimited - Are they still in business ??26 May 2004 02:08 GMT1
I ordered something on the 18th from them but nothing received so far. Their
FAX no is not active either. Anyone else brought from them or has a contact
phone no ?? http://www.logosunlimited.co.uk/
O2 to be renamed again.26 May 2004 00:07 GMT6
It appears that BT Cellnet is to be renamed again.
Apparently jealous of third entrant Orange's success, the O2 board is
rumoured to be considering changing their brand name again, this time to
"Lemon".
O2 PAC - any cost?26 May 2004 00:05 GMT2
Quick question: is there any charge for o2 giving out a pac code? I'll
hopefully be moving my number from my o2 online sim to my orange
contract.
TIA
02 from contract to PAYG25 May 2004 23:57 GMT2
How difficult is it to change a 02 online contract sim to pay as you go?
And most importantly does it cost anything? I remember when I left from
Orange they were willing to turn the sim into a pay as you go, they
didn't mention a cost but I think it was about £10. Anybody know ...
A little advice about most cost efficient way to contact my T-Mobile whist abroad?25 May 2004 23:26 GMT4
Sorry about the long header but I am going away to the Maldives shortly and
would like to keep in touch with the kids.
I have a Nokia 6100 with T-mobile and see their costs are £1.40 to call uk
per minute and to receive they are £1.30.
