From what I've heard, both in newsgroups, and in real life - from customers - SinglePoint seems to give pretty lousy service. Perhaps there is an element of bias, as people are usually more interested in telling you how bad something is, rather than singing its praises, but

I'm currently on PAYG but thinking of getting a small use contract with my current provider, O2. I find their site a bit hard to navigate, so I'm just wondering what's in the small print as regards who owns the phone at the end of a contract. I suppose this may be a general question ...

Hi, I have a T-Mobile contract that's due to run out in about 6 weeks. I'm currently paying £12 a month for 50 "everyone" minutes a month but this will go up to £17 a month when the contract and "loyalty" discount expires.

sorry to ask this but I don't use payg. My father is on holiday in spain and has taken his swipe card with him so can't use it to top up his phone for him - can I still buy a voucher and use that instead? Thanks.
